First boot: set up txAdmin

Claim the panel, create your admin account and get the server on the list.

1Start the server and open the console. txAdmin prints a one-time PIN.
2Open the txAdmin URL shown next to it and enter that PIN.
3Create your admin account. This is separate from your panel login.
4Run the setup wizard and pick a recipe, or point it at an existing server folder.
5Paste your Cfx.re license key when asked. You get it free at keymaster.fivem.net.
