What we collect
Name, email, billing address and the technical data needed to run the service: connection IP addresses and panel access logs.
What we use it for
To provide and bill the service, handle your support and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Payments
Card details are processed entirely by our payment providers. SentrixNode never stores card numbers.
Retention
Billing records are kept for the period tax law requires. Technical logs are deleted after 90 days.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data by writing to support@sentrixnode.com.
