Move your server to another city

Location changes are free and unlimited. If most of your players moved to the other coast, move with them.

1. 1Open a ticket saying which city you want.
2. 2We copy your files, start the server in the new city and confirm it is running.
3. 3Your subdomain follows you, so players do not need a new address.
4. 4Expect a short window of downtime while the files copy.
