Stream custom cars, maps and clothing
Add custom assets properly so they load for every player.

- 1Create a resource folder with a stream subfolder inside it.
- 2Drop the .yft, .ytd and .ydr files into stream.
- 3Add an fxmanifest.lua declaring the files, and a vehicles.meta for cars.
- 4ensure the resource in server.cfg and restart.
